The *!?#* internet is down again!!!

I have just been enlightened!!! I am the "go to" person for our district as far as our database and grade books are concerned. I could set up a blog to have teachers or staff members access to leave comments or start discussions with other staff members regarding issues that they may be having with the program. However, this may prove difficult since alot of our teachers don't even read their emails!!! I suppose if I made it enticing like... it's a place to vent your frustrations when the system is not cooperating with you, then I might get some subscribers. Any suggestions??
